Role Description The Customer Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, supporting customers with product information, purchases, and after-sales queries. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, answering questions about Fitspire’s health and wellness products, and guiding customers to suitable options based on their needs. The role involves handling sales transactions, maintaining product displays, managing stock levels on the floor, and ensuring a clean and organized customer area. The Customer Assistant will also help resolve customer issues, support promotional activities, and provide feedback from customers to the team to improve service and product offerings.
Qualifications
Customer Service and Communication skills to support customers professionally and build positive relationships.
Sales and Training skills to guide customers through product choices and assist in educating customers and team members on offerings.
Stock Control skills to monitor inventory levels, manage replenishment, and maintain accurate records.
Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, including weekends or extended hours as needed.
Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a customer-focused approach.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
Interest in health, fitness, and wellness; prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in retail, nutrition, or wellness is a plus.
