About the role

Description supplied by the original job listing.

WASHUVI FINANCIAL ADVISORY
Investor Relations Executive / Analyst
Role
Investor Relations Executive / Analyst
Location
Greater Noida, NCR — on-site (client travel across NCR)
Level
1–3 years' experience · Reports to IR Mandate Lead · Full-time
Coverage
Listed BSE/NSE SME & small-cap clients — pharma, infrastructure, EPC, retail
Washuvi runs live investor-relations mandates for listed SME and small-cap issuers. This is a production seat: you build the quarterly results narratives, presentations, models, and disclosures that go out under a client's name to exchanges, analysts, and shareholders — accuracy first, to a fixed reporting calendar.
Responsibilities
– Results narratives. Draft quarterly/half-yearly MD&A to the Washuvi house format — highlights table with segment/entity revenue build and elimination line, business-wise blocks, guidance-vs-delivered table, management commentary. Two pages, earnings-release register.
– Presentations & models. Build results-day decks (KPI dashboards, segment economics, order-book/capex) and maintain institutional-grade Excel models; house convention — other income below EBITDA.
– Regulatory disclosure. Prepare SEBI Reg 30 filings, disclosure drafts, and results-package documentation on the statutory clock.
– Analyst-call support. Produce Q&A drill sheets from analyst/broker calls, track questions, and prep management for institutional interactions and fundraising.
– Communications. Draft media releases and shareholder communications; coordinate newswire distribution. Contribute annual-report sections — corporate overview, MD&A, Chairman's message, performance dashboard.
– Turnarounds. Absorb feedback and ship revised drafts on 1–2 day turnarounds across four to six concurrent client mandates in a results window.
Requirements from Ideal Candidate
– Financial literacy. Reads a P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow without a map; understands segment reporting, consolidation, and eliminations. CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA / ACCA candidate or affiliate preferred.
– Excel and PPT depth. Builds and audits multi-tab models; formula-driven, not hard-coded and should be able to make professional level PPT.
– Writing. Clean, precise business English; turns a numbers table into a two-paragraph narrative a portfolio manager will read. No filler, no AI-boilerplate register.
– Regulatory awareness. Working familiarity with SEBI LODR, Reg 30, and the SME/main-board reporting calendar — or the appetite to master it fast.
– Throughput & discretion. Delivers under a fixed-date results calendar; handles unpublished price-sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
– Preferred edge. Prior IR / equity-research / sell-side exposure; sector fluency in pharma, infrastructure/EPC, or retail; NISM Research Analyst certification.
