Role Description As a full-time remote Business Analyst Intern at PPStack, you will support the analysis and improvement of business processes across EdTech, career, and digital services. You will assist in gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements from internal stakeholders and clients, translating them into clear specifications for product, technology, and operations teams. Your daily tasks will include conducting market and data analysis, preparing reports and dashboards, and identifying trends and opportunities to optimize services and workflows. You will help map current and future business processes, contribute to project documentation, and participate in meetings to capture action items and ensure follow-up. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, learn industry best practices, and gain hands-on experience in data-driven decision-making within a fast-paced digital education environment.

Familiarity with productivity and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, presentation tools; basic data visualization) is beneficial.
Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Data, or a related field is preferred.
Interest in EdTech, AI-driven solutions, and digital transformation, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a remote, fast-paced environment.
