Corporate Financial Analyst
A Fortune 200 company building its Global Capability Centre (GCC) in India
Location: Mumbai, India — on-site
About the Company
One of the world's largest enterprises is scaling its Global Capability Centre in India, and the corporate finance function is one of the next teams being built out locally. It has partnered with Flexiple to hire a Corporate Financial Analyst who can own group reporting and analysis work that today sits with the parent finance team. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a Corporate Financial Analyst on the GCC's corporate finance team, you will support group consolidation, management reporting, and analysis that feeds directly into leadership reviews at the global parent.
Key Responsibilities
Group Reporting & Analysis
Support monthly and quarterly group consolidation and reporting cycles
Build variance analysis and commentary for business-unit and group performance
Prepare board and leadership review packs on a fixed reporting calendar
Process & Controls
Maintain reconciliations and supporting schedules to audit-ready standard
Work with global finance teams across time zones to close reporting gaps
Ideal Candidate Profile
3 to 6 years in corporate finance, FP&A, or group reporting
Strong Excel and financial-modelling skills, comfortable with large data sets
Structured, deadline-driven, and comfortable working with global stakeholders
Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a GCC, shared-services, or MNC finance function
CA, CMA, or MBA in Finance; exposure to US GAAP or IFRS reporting
