Performance Marketer (Google Ads + Meta Ads) – Healthcare Marketing

STYL – Healthcare Growth Consultancy is looking for a Performance Marketer who can own and scale digital advertising campaigns for healthcare brands.
We work with hospitals, doctors, and healthcare businesses to build authority, generate qualified patient enquiries, and create measurable growth.
We are looking for someone who is strong in Google Ads and Meta Ads, understands performance marketing fundamentals, and can manage campaigns end-to-end.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns
* Plan, execute, optimize, and scale Meta Ads campaigns
* Manage campaign budgets and improve ROI
* Analyse performance metrics and create actionable insights
* Handle keyword research, audience targeting, creatives testing, and conversion optimization
* Work closely with content and strategy teams
* Build performance reports and communicate learnings
Requirements:
Must Have:
✅ 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
✅ Strong experience managing Google Ads campaigns
✅ Strong experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
✅ Experience with campaign optimization, tracking, and reporting
Preferred:
⭐ Healthcare marketing experience
⭐ Agency experience handling multiple clients
⭐ Experience generating leads for high-ticket services
