Founder's Office

Partner directly with the COO to build and scale Assure Kit's operating system across partner programmes, GTM, VAS delivery, operating cadence, data initiatives, and strategic execution.
Responsibilities:
Drive execution across partner programmes and strategic initiatives.
Own GTM operations, VAS/benefit delivery, and operating cadence.
Build dashboards, track KPIs, and generate business insights.
Support data and risk model deployment.
Lead cross-functional projects and process improvements.
Create SOPs and maintain operational documentation.
Work closely with founders to drive execution and business growth.
Requirements:
5-8 years in strategy, BizOps, the founder's office, the COO's office, consulting, or startup operations.
Strong analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, BI tools).
Proven track record of improving business metrics through execution.
Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in insurance, fintech, embedded finance, or platform businesses.
High ownership, execution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
