We are looking for a seasoned BFSI Domain Lead (Techno-Functional SME) to drive AI, Data, Analytics, and Digital Transformation initiatives across Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) organizations. The ideal candidate will combine deep domain expertise with strong technology consulting capabilities to bridge business objectives with scalable, future-ready solutions.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted advisor and domain expert for BFSI clients, translating business challenges into technology-led solutions.
Lead AI, Data, Analytics, and Digital Transformation initiatives across banking, lending, payments, insurance, and financial services ecosystems.
Partner with business stakeholders, leadership teams, and technology groups to define transformation roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
Drive solutioning, pre-sales discussions, proposal development, and client presentations for BFSI opportunities.
Recommend and design AI/GenAI-powered use cases, data modernization strategies, and intelligent automation solutions.
Collaborate with Data Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
Ensure solutions comply with industry regulations, governance frameworks, security standards, and risk management requirements.
Build thought leadership assets, industry frameworks, and best practices for BFSI transformation programs.
Mentor internal teams and strengthen domain capabilities across the organization.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance domains.
Strong techno-functional background with the ability to connect business requirements with technology solutions.
Proven experience in consulting, solutioning, stakeholder management, and digital transformation engagements.
Deep understanding of Data Platforms, Analytics, AI/ML, and Cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience working on enterprise-scale transformation programs involving data modernization, risk, compliance, governance, or customer experience initiatives.
Strong communication, executive presentation, and client-facing skills.
Hands-on exposure to AI-led transformation programs within BFSI organizations.
Understanding of regulatory frameworks, compliance requirements, and industry best practices within BFSI.
Preferred Background:
Experience with GenAI, Agentic AI, Intelligent Automation, or Conversational AI use cases in BFSI.
Prior experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Consulting, or Digital Transformation leadership roles.
MBA or Master's degree from a reputed institution.
Experience working with large banks, NBFCs, insurance firms, fintechs, or global consulting organizations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Comfortable engaging with CXOs, business leaders, and technology stakeholders.
Ability to identify business opportunities and drive AI/Data-led transformation initiatives.
