Requirements:
At least 3 years of back-end, server-side software development.
Great at algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis.
Strong experience with server-side languages TypeScript/Node.js .
Strong experience with SQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
Strong experience with RESTful API design.
Experience with unit and functional testing and debugging.
Experience with microservices and service-oriented architectures.
Ability to work autonomously and be a self-starter, proactively learning, debugging, and understanding complex systems in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, applied mathematics, or another technical discipline from a top university.
Experience designing and implementing A/B testing frameworks and instrumentation.
Understanding of conversion funnels, user segmentation, and growth loops.
Familiarity with containers, Kubernetes, and Docker.
Ability to work full-stack with strong collaboration with UI engineers on performance and optimizations.
Understanding of and experience working in the financial industry or familiarity with any of the following: digital wallets, clearing and settlement, lending, trading, accounting systems, etc.
