AI Content Creator

We're hiring an AI Content Creator to produce high-quality, high-retention short videos using Higgsfield and related AI creative tools. This role is ideal for someone who combines content strategy, prompt engineering, visual taste, and short-form storytelling. You will create scroll-stopping videos featuring AI influencers, motion-led visuals, and platform-native editing styles. You should be comfortable working with reference images for character consistency, using scene-based prompting, directing camera motion, and refining outputs into polished social content. Higgsfield supports scene-based AI video generation, camera controls, character consistency workflows, and motion design tools for text, logo reveals, and branded visuals, which are central to this role.
Responsibilities:
Create YouTube Shorts concepts, scripts, prompts, and creative treatments aligned with Blockify's brand and growth goals.
Use Higgsfield to generate AI videos with strong hooks, clear pacing, and platform-native storytelling.
Build and maintain consistent AI influencer characters using reference images and character workflows.
Develop scene-by-scene prompts for multi-shot short-form videos.
Use camera motion, composition, and transitions to improve retention and visual quality.
Create or direct overlays, motion graphics, logo animations, and branded visual elements using Higgsfield's motion design tools.
Iterate quickly across different models and workflows inside Higgsfield to find the best output for each concept. Higgsfield supports multiple leading video models in one workspace.
Optimize videos for CTR, watch time, retention, and engagement.
Collaborate with marketing/product teams to turn blog posts, product features, and campaign ideas into short-form content.
Stay on top of AI video trends, YouTube Shorts patterns, and emerging creative workflows.
Requirements:
Proven experience creating short-form video content for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, or Reels.
Strong hands-on experience with Higgsfield.
Strong prompt engineering skills for text-to-video and image-to-video generation.
Strong visual storytelling instincts: hooks, pacing, scene structure, and retention design.
Experience using AI tools for character consistency, camera control, and motion-led video generation.
Ability to write concise, high-performing scripts for 15-30 second videos.
Strong editing taste and understanding of typography, framing, safe zones, and mobile-first composition.
Ability to evaluate outputs critically and improve them through iteration.
Nice to Have:
Experience building AI influencers or recurring digital characters.
Experience in performance marketing, DTC, SaaS, cybersecurity, privacy, or browser tools.
Familiarity with YouTube analytics and creative testing.
Experience with motion graphics, branded design systems, or creative automation pipelines.
