Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in Network Security & Cybersecurity Operations.
Hands-on experience with Fortinet Next-Generation Firewalls (Fortinet Preferred).
Strong understanding of Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF), SD-WAN, and VLANs.
Exposure to SASE technologies, such as Fortinet SASE and Zscaler, is an added advantage.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer management skills.
Certifications such as (Fortinet) NSE 4/5 (Palo Alto) PCNSE, CCNA/CCNP Security, Zscaler / SASE.
Experience in production environments and ITIL-based incident, change, and problem management.
24/7 support readiness (shift-based if required).
