Sr. Software Engineer (Backend)

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
Develop high-quality software solutions using the Java programming language.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design and implement complex, scalable, and reliable systems that meet business requirements.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to ensure performance and reliability.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
Work closely with DevOps to deploy and maintain applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS to build, deploy, and scale applications.
Integrate and utilize various cloud services to enhance system functionality.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
Proficiency in Java and a deep understanding of software development principles with a strong portfolio of past projects.
Ability to design scalable and fault-tolerant systems.
Hands-on experience in developing event-based systems using Kafka.
Experience working in startup environments with a high degree of adaptability.
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and various cloud services.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Expertise in the software security domain is a plus.
