Requirements:
6-9+ years of software engineering + 4+ years Go (production).
Built background services/daemons (macOS/Windows).
Auth systems: OAuth2/OIDC, mTLS, secure credential storage.
Designed reliable systems (failures, recovery, rollback).
Experience with IPC/RPC between service & OS components.
Strong Go concurrency (goroutines, channels, lifecycle).
Built auto-update systems with signature verification.
Observability (logging, metrics, tracing, telemetry).
Strong security mindset (tamper resistance, privilege control).
Good cross-team collaboration & API design.
