We are looking for an exceptional AI Product Leader who has spent the majority of their career building AI-native products. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who has successfully taken AI products from ideation to market, driven product vision, and scaled products with measurable business impact. This is not a traditional SaaS Product role. We are specifically looking for leaders who have built products where AI is the core product, not just an added feature.
Responsibilities:
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-first products.
Lead the complete product lifecycle from product discovery through GTM, launch, and scale.
Partner closely with Engineering, AI/ML Research, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Drive product-market fit through continuous customer discovery and rapid experimentation.
Build and execute GTM strategies for AI products across enterprise and consumer markets.
Own product metrics, including adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
Translate advances in Generative AI and LLMs into commercially successful products.
Mentor and lead high-performing Product Managers while establishing strong product processes.
Work directly with executive leadership on business strategy and product direction.
Requirements:
8-12+ years of Product Management experience.
Majority of experience must be in AI-first product companies.
Proven experience building and scaling Generative AI or LLM-powered products.
Strong ownership of products from 01 as well as scaling mature products.
Demonstrated success leading Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives for AI products.
Experience defining product strategy and executing product roadmaps.
Strong understanding of customer discovery, product analytics, experimentation, and product growth.
Hands-on experience working with AI Engineering and Data Science teams.
Experience building enterprise SaaS and/or B2B AI products.
Preferred Qualifications:
IIT graduate strongly preferred.
Experience in VC-funded startups or high-growth technology companies.
Experience building AI Agents, Copilots, RAG systems, or enterprise AI platforms.
Familiarity with GPT, Claude, Gemini, open-source LLMs, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
Prior experience leading or mentoring Product Managers.
