Responsibilities:
Design, improve and implement robust and controlled business process solutions for operations functions utilising SAP and supporting systems to ensure effective integration with other business functions and applications.
Requirements:
Strong Development Skill Set in SAP SD Module in Order Obtaining process, O2C, SAP Credit Management, SAP Order Management, Billing Management, Pricing Procedure, Taxation, Third-party process, Special Billing process, Schemes, Rebates, Parts Management, Logistics execution, Delivery, Picking, and Packing process. Consignment process and rebate processing.
Strong knowledge in preparing RAD, functional specs, and test cases. User Manual, etc.
Experience working on Support Projects and understanding of ticket management and closure
Using a ticketing tool.
Understanding of L1/L2/L3 ticket categorisation.
Extensive experience working on change requests.
Can manage complex process customisations according to business requirements.
Experience of working on automation use cases would be an added advantage.
A minimum of 10 years of SAP ECC and S/4 HANA functional consulting experience, preferably the latest version.
Preferred working experience in Cement Industry projects
Experience of working with ABAP team for custom requirements.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
