Role Description The Lab Incharge role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role oversees day-to-day laboratory operations, including managing staff schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures. The Lab Incharge is responsible for maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment, monitoring quality control protocols, and reviewing test results for accuracy and reliability. Daily activities also include coordinating with clinicians, managing sample handling and documentation, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and implementing improvements in workflow and laboratory practices. The role involves training team members, supporting research and development initiatives, and preparing regular operational and quality reports for management.
Qualifications
Strong laboratory skills and hands-on experience working with various laboratory equipment.
Proficiency in quality control processes and analytical skills to verify and interpret test results.
Experience in research and development (R&D) within clinical or diagnostic laboratory settings.
Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field.
Prior experience in a supervisory or incharge role in a diagnostic or healthcare laboratory is preferred.
Effective communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work on-site full time in Jaipur and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
