Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering freshers. The role involves assisting in routine mechanical maintenance, installation, and inspection of equipment under the guidance of senior engineers or supervisors. Day-to-day tasks may include reading basic mechanical drawings, supporting assembly and disassembly of components, monitoring machine performance, and documenting work performed. The candidate will help maintain tools and work areas, follow safety procedures, and provide support during troubleshooting and repair activities. The position offers opportunities to learn industry standards, develop technical skills, and contribute to ongoing projects in a structured environment.
Qualifications
Completed ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Basic understanding of mechanical systems, components, and workshop practices.
Ability to read and interpret simple engineering drawings and measurements.
Willingness to work on shop floor, handle tools, and assist in maintenance and installation tasks.
Strong attention to safety, quality, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions from supervisors and senior team members.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and capability to work in a team-based environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office or digital documentation tools is an advantage.
Prior internship, vocational training, or project experience in mechanical workshops will be beneficial.
