A fast-scaling fintech innovator in India’s precious metals and digital asset ecosystem, we’re redefining how institutional and retail investors access, trade, and store physical gold through tech-driven platforms. Our mission is to democratize gold ownership with transparency, security, and seamless operations—backed by deep supply chain, logistics, and compliance expertise across the country.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end gold operations including sourcing, quality assurance, warehousing, logistics, and last-mile delivery across India.
Design, implement, and scale SOPs for gold procurement, purity verification, and inventory management across partnered mints and vaults.
Oversee third-party vendor and logistics partner performance, ensuring zero loss, 99.9%+ SLA compliance, and audit readiness.
Collaborate with compliance, legal, and finance to ensure adherence to RBI, Customs, and bullion exchange regulations.
Drive cost optimization and process automation (ERP, tracking dashboards, IoT inventory tools) while maintaining operational integrity.
Build and mentor a high-performing operations team across hubs in Mumbai, Delhi, and Kolkata.
