Role Description The Human Resources Intern (Target based/from consultancy) will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding documentation. This full-time remote role involves maintaining candidate databases, updating HR records, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures for client organizations. The intern will collaborate with senior HR team members to prepare job descriptions, assist with employee benefits queries, and help manage personnel-related documentation. The position also includes contributing to HR reports, supporting compliance with organizational standards, and communicating professionally with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.

Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
Proficiency with MS Office or similar productivity tools and basic HR software or ATS is an advantage.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Demonstrated interest in consultancy-based HR work and recruitment processes.
