Role Description
This is a full-time, remote IT Recruiter (Target-based/from Consultancy) role at CareerBloc. The IT Recruiter will manage full-life cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for technical and IT roles across various levels. Daily responsibilities include partnering with clients to understand role requirements, building talent pipelines through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, and maintaining strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process. The role involves working with internal teams and client stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with hiring goals, meeting placement targets, and providing regular updates on progress. The IT Recruiter will also ensure a positive candidate experience, maintain accurate recruitment documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment practices.
Qualifications :
Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
Strong IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting skills, including sourcing and evaluating candidates for diverse technology roles.
Demonstrated experience in Hiring within a consultancy or agency environment, preferably with target-based responsibilities.
Ability to use ATS systems, job portals, professional networks, and social media platforms for effective talent sourcing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on candidate and client experience.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple requisitions and meet performance targets.
Understanding of current trends in technology, recruitment best practices, and market dynamics.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Prior experience in a remote or distributed work environment and comfort with digital collaboration tools.
