YouTube Channel Manager – International Crime Content
We are hiring a smart, creative, and highly motivated YouTube Channel Manager for our international YouTube channels, primarily focused on US crime and true-crime content.
The role will have a strong focus on script writing and content development, along with content planning, crime-topic research, trend research, video publishing, title and thumbnail optimization, audience retention analysis, channel performance monitoring, content strategy execution, competitor research, and overall channel growth.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge and previous experience in the US crime and true-crime content niche, with a good understanding of US crime stories, crime-related trends, viral storytelling formats, and the psychology of audiences who consume this type of content.
The candidate should also have a strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, US/international audience behavior, viral content trends, CTR, watch time, audience retention, and YouTube analytics, with the ability to identify high-potential topics and contribute ideas that help scale channels and maximize views, watch time, and revenue.
📍 Location: Hyderabad – Srinagar Colony
🏢 Full Time | Work From Office Only
💼 Experience Required: 3+ Years
💰 Salary: ₹37,000 – ₹45,000 Per Month
🕐 Shift: Flexible / Rotational Shifts
📅 Working Days: 6 Days Per Week

Requirements:
✔️ Strong script writing and content development skills
✔️ 2+ years of experience in YouTube Channel Management
✔️ Strong knowledge and experience in the US crime and true-crime niche
✔️ Understanding of US crime trends, stories, and audience interests
✔️ Understanding of international YouTube trends and US audience psychology
✔️ Ability to identify viral crime topics, stories, and content angles
✔️ Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, CTR, retention, watch time, and analytics
✔️ Video editing knowledge (Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools)
✔️ Good English understanding and communication skills
✔️ Ability to research competitors and identify successful content strategies
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔️ Ability to handle multiple YouTube-related tasks efficiently
✔️ Willingness to work flexible/rotational shifts and 6 days per week
