Role Description The Linguistic Training & Quality Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing linguistic training programs for internal teams and external stakeholders. This position involves developing curricula and training materials focused on language accuracy, communication clarity, tone consistency, and brand-aligned messaging across all written and spoken content. The role includes monitoring output quality, conducting regular assessments, providing feedback and coaching, and establishing quality benchmarks for linguistic performance. The manager will collaborate with recruitment, marketing, and operations teams to ensure communication standards are met across campaigns, candidate interactions, and client communications. Additional responsibilities include analyzing training effectiveness, refining frameworks based on data and feedback, and contributing to scalable processes that enhance communication quality across the organization.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in linguistics, communication, and language training, including experience designing and delivering structured training programs.
Demonstrated skills in quality assurance, performance evaluation, and establishing measurable standards for communication and content accuracy.
Proficiency in creating and refining documentation, guidelines, and playbooks for tone of voice, style, and brand-aligned messaging.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess training outcomes, identify gaps, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills to work effectively with recruitment, marketing, and operations teams.
Tier 1 MBA from a recognized institute, with a focus in marketing, operations, human resources, or a related field.
Prior experience in training, learning & development, quality management, or communication-focused roles in fast-paced or client-facing environments.
Strong command of English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills; additional language expertise is an advantage.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with high attention to detail.
Familiarity with digital tools for training delivery, performance tracking, and collaboration (e.g., LMS platforms, video conferencing, project management tools).
