Requirements:
8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
Proven experience building, scaling, and maintaining multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
Familiarity with AI-powered development tools, coding assistants, and modern engineering workflows.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Core Technical Skills: TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Python (for AI/ML services and integrations), Modern AI, LLM, and Generative AI tooling.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in FinTech, RegTech, or other highly regulated industries.
Knowledge of AML, KYC, compliance, or risk management platforms.
Experience with FastAPI and Python-based backend development.
Hands-on experience deploying and managing AI/LLM solutions in production environments.
Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
