Vendor Sourcing Specialist

We’re looking for a Vendor Sourcing Specialist to help us build and manage a global network and vendor partners for AI data collection and annotation projects.
What You’ll Do
Source people and vendors across global markets.
Find talent through various platforms, communities, referrals, and partner networks.
Reach out, negotiate rates, and close talent quickly.
Build and maintain a strong vendor database.
Work with internal teams to fulfil project requirements on time.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, vendor management, or similar roles.
Strong research, communication, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working with international markets.
Proactive, target-driven, and good at getting things done.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
