About The Role
We are hiring a Project Manager to lead large-scale AI data collection and annotation programs for global
clients. This role is responsible for project planning, client communication, team leadership, risk
management, quality control, and successful project delivery. This is a non-technical project management
role focused on operations, execution excellence, and client success.
What you'll do
Serve as the primary owner for end-to-end project delivery.
Understand client requirements and convert them into scalable execution plans.
Lead project coordinators, freelancers, vendors, and operational teams.
Manage project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and resource allocation.
Conduct client meetings, status reviews, and delivery discussions.
Track project KPIs, throughput, quality metrics, and SLA adherence.
Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Drive operational excellence and continuous process improvement.
Manage escalations and ensure high client satisfaction.
Develop scalable frameworks for multilingual and large-volume AI data projects.
Collaborate closely with leadership on strategic delivery initiatives.
What we're looking for
3 to 5 years of experience in project management, client delivery, operations, outsourcing, staffing, BPO,
AI data services, or digital operations.
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
Experience handling delivery targets, quality metrics, and team performance.
Nice to have
Exposure to AI data collection, annotation, crowdsourcing, content moderation, or similar operational
projects.
