Senior Training & Quality Manager ( LLM/GenAI | Lean Six Sigma | Tier 1/2 MBA Preferred)

We are looking for a Senior Training & Quality Manager to drive Training and Quality Management for LLM (Large Language Model) and Generative AI programs. The role will integrate project management, quality governance, training, process improvement and operational excellence across AI/LLM operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end training lifecycle including training design, development, delivery, certification and recertification.
• Establish and improve quality frameworks, QA methodologies, quality measurement and governance for LLM/GenAI operations.
• Drive RCA, corrective actions, continuous improvement and performance recovery initiatives.
• Lead quality calibration and establish effective QA–Training–Operations feedback loops.
• Monitor KPIs, quality metrics, dashboards and early-warning indicators.
• Support client/process standards, audit readiness, quality documentation and governance.
• Partner with Operations, Training, WFM and Analytics teams to improve quality, productivity and delivery outcomes.
• Mentor TQM/Quality leaders and support large-scale ramp-ups and new program launches.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma/DMAIC methodologies to improve quality and operational performance.
Mandatory Requirements:
• 7+ years in Operations/Project Management.
• 5+ years in Training & Quality Management, preferably in AI Data, Data Annotation, BPO or ITES.
• Hands-on LLM/GenAI and AI Evaluation experience.
• Strong Quality Management/TQM and training lifecycle experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is mandatory.
• Strong RCA, DMAIC, calibration and audit-readiness experience.
• Advanced MS Excel and strong stakeholder/client management skills.
