Role Description The Recruitment Specialist at HAIR RAP BY YOYO will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process for salon and support roles. This full-time, on-site position is based in Ahmedabad and involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The role includes conducting interviews, assessing candidate fit, and ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience. The Recruitment Specialist will also support onboarding and training coordination, maintain recruitment records, and collaborate with management to align staffing needs with business growth. Day-to-day tasks involve close communication with team members, proactive talent pipeline development, and adherence to company values and standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills for managing end-to-end talent acquisition.
Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with candidates and internal teams.
Candidates should possess Training and onboarding coordination skills to support new team members.
Prior experience as a Recruitment Specialist, HR Executive, or similar role in the salon, beauty, retail, or service industry is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, and meet hiring timelines.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic HR or recruitment software/tools.
A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
