Role Description The Housekeeping Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal. This role oversees daily housekeeping operations, including assigning tasks, monitoring cleaning activities, and ensuring all areas meet hygiene and safety standards. The supervisor coordinates with housekeeping staff, supports laundry operations, and addresses guest or client requests in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities include inspecting rooms and common areas, maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and preparing basic reports on staffing, cleanliness, and maintenance needs. The role also involves training and guiding team members, promoting safe work practices, and supporting a positive, customer-focused service culture.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and Housekeeping expertise to lead teams and maintain high cleanliness standards.
Candidates should possess Laundry operations knowledge to ensure effective handling, cleaning, and delivery of linens and related items.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Communication skills to respond to client or guest needs and collaborate with staff and management.
Relevant experience in facility management, hospitality, or housekeeping leadership roles is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Bhopal, manage shifts, and perform physically active duties as required.
Knowledge of basic safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols; familiarity with cleaning tools and materials.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in housekeeping or hospitality is an advantage.
