Company Description NimadFresh is a leading Farmer Producer Organization (FPO) sponsored by NABARD and recognized by the Government of India. NimadFresh is incorporated under the Government of India’s central sector scheme “Formation and Promotion of 10,000 FPOs,” ensuring structured growth and support for its members. The organization works directly with more than 7,000 farmers, helping them improve agricultural practices, market access, and overall income. Candidates joining NimadFresh will contribute to strengthening rural livelihoods and the spice value chain in India.
Role Description The Online Sales Specialist is a full-time role responsible for driving digital sales and customer engagement for NimadFresh’s spice products. This hybrid position is based in Indore, with a mix of on-site work and some flexibility for work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing online sales channels and marketplaces, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth order-to-delivery experience. The specialist will create and update product listings, monitor pricing and promotions, and coordinate with internal teams for inventory and logistics. The role also involves supporting online marketing campaigns, analyzing sales performance data, and providing training or guidance to team members and partners on digital sales processes.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term customer relationships.
Proven Sales experience with a focus on online or digital sales channels.
Knowledge of Online Marketing practices, including social media, e-commerce platforms, and basic digital analytics.
Ability to deliver Training and support to colleagues or partners on online sales tools and processes.
Comfort with using CRM systems, e-commerce dashboards, and general office software.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently within a hybrid work model.
Prior experience in FMCG, agriculture, or spice-related sales is an added advantage.
