Role Description The Production Manager role at Infinity Edge Bands is a full-time position responsible for overseeing end-to-end production operations. In this role, the Production Manager coordinates daily manufacturing schedules, monitors workflow, and ensures that products meet quality standards and delivery timelines. The person in this position collaborates with cross-functional teams such as procurement, logistics, and quality assurance to maintain inventory levels and resolve production issues. The Production Manager will also track key performance metrics, implement process improvements, and manage communication with external partners or vendors as needed. This role requires strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through in a remote work environment.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in production or operations management, preferably in manufacturing or consumer goods.
Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activities to meet volume, quality, and timeline targets.
Ability to analyze production data, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities for process optimization and cost efficiency.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with remote teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Experience with quality control practices, standard operating procedures, and compliance with safety guidelines.
Comfort with using digital tools and software for production tracking, reporting, and remote teamwork.
Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Leadership experience in supervising or guiding production staff, contractors, or cross-functional project teams.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accountability in a remote setting.
