Role Description The Agentic AI Trainer role based in Bengaluru, responsible for designing and delivering training programs that help learners effectively use and collaborate with agentic AI tools and systems. Day-to-day tasks include creating structured curricula, lesson plans, and learning materials that explain AI concepts in clear, accessible language, and conducting interactive training sessions, workshops, and labs for diverse learner groups. The role involves assessing learner needs, customizing content to different skill levels, and evaluating progress through assignments, projects, and feedback. The Agentic AI Trainer will collaborate with instructional designers and subject-matter experts to keep training content up to date with emerging AI technologies and best practices, and will support continuous improvement by documenting insights, refining teaching approaches, and contributing to Edvolve Consulting’s overall learning strategy.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training programs focused on AI tools, workflows, or data-driven technologies.
Strong skills in explaining complex technical concepts in clear, learner-friendly language across varied proficiency levels.
Experience with curriculum development, instructional design, or adult learning methodologies.
Comfort facilitating live workshops, classroom sessions, and hands-on labs, with effective group management and engagement techniques.
Analytical skills for assessing learner needs, measuring outcomes, and iterating on training content and formats.
General familiarity with AI concepts such as large language models, automation, and AI-assisted productivity tools.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in an on-site, fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Computer Science, Information Technology, Psychology, or similar), or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in corporate training, technical education, or consulting is beneficial.
