Senior sales manager

We're looking for a sharp, driven Senior Sales Associate to join our Hyderabad team as a Commercial Property Consultant. This is a client-facing advisory role — you'll be the person businesses trust to navigate one of their most important decisions: where they set up shop.
You'll own the full sales cycle — from lead qualification and property scouting to client meetings, negotiations, and closing deals. If you've ever wanted a role where your intellect, relationship skills, and hustle all matter equally, this is it.
What You'll Do
Consult with businesses to understand their space requirements, budget, and timelines
Source and present suitable commercial properties across Hyderabad
Conduct site visits and manage client walkthroughs
Negotiate terms between clients and landlords/developers
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and outreach
Close transactions end-to-end and ensure smooth handovers
What We're Looking For
2–5 years of experience in sales — preferably in real estate, leasing, or B2B sales
Strong communication and consultative selling skills
Someone who can hold a room and hold a conversation equally well
High ownership mentality — you don't wait to be told what to do
Comfortable working with clients from startups to large corporates
Based in or willing to work out of Kondapur / Madhapur / Gachibowli
What You Get
₹70,000 – ₹80,000 per month (fixed) + performance incentives
