Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Professor role based at Government College Vidisha in Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh. The Assistant Professor will deliver lectures, facilitate classroom discussions, prepare lesson plans, and design assessments aligned with the curriculum and academic standards of the college. Responsibilities include guiding students in their academic projects, mentoring them on academic and career matters, and maintaining accurate records of student performance. The role involves participating in departmental meetings, contributing to syllabus development, engaging in academic research or scholarly activities, and supporting college events, outreach, and committees as required. Qualifications
Relevant postgraduate degree (e.g., Master’s degree) in the subject area from a recognized university; Ph.D. or ongoing doctoral work is preferred where applicable.

Strong teaching aptitude, including the ability to design and deliver clear, engaging lectures and evaluate student work fairly and consistently.
