WE’RE HIRING | MANAGER / SENIOR MANAGER – HERBAL EXTRACT SOURCING & THIRD-PARTY MANUFACTURING
Herbal Extracts | Botanical Ingredients | Nutraceutical Raw Materials
Amaara Botanicals is looking for an experienced sourcing and third-party manufacturing professional to build and manage a reliable supply network for herbal extracts, standardized botanical ingredients and nutraceutical raw materials.
This role is ideal for someone who has strong industry relationships, a deep understanding of herbal-extract manufacturing, and hands-on experience in vendor development, commercial negotiations and third-party manufacturing.
🔹 What We’re Looking For
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in herbal extracts, botanical ingredients or nutraceutical ingredients
• Strong network of herbal-extract manufacturers, processors and suppliers across India
• Hands-on experience in identifying, evaluating, qualifying and developing vendors
• Sound technical understanding of botanical identity, extraction processes, standardization, specifications and quality parameters
• Experience managing third-party manufacturing, commercial negotiations and production timelines
• Understanding of CoAs, testing requirements, regulatory documentation, traceability and vendor qualification
• Strong negotiation, coordination, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Source herbal extracts, botanical ingredients and nutraceutical raw materials as per technical, quality and commercial requirements
• Identify, evaluate and onboard reliable third-party manufacturing partners
• Assess vendors based on quality, manufacturing capability, compliance, capacity, pricing and delivery performance
• Negotiate commercial terms and build long-term, sustainable supply partnerships
• Coordinate trials, sampling, technical documentation, production planning and dispatches
• Work closely with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Purchase and Operations teams
• Monitor manufacturing schedules and proactively resolve production delays, quality concerns and supply issues
• Develop and maintain a dependable, traceable and cost-effective manufacturing and sourcing network
• Continuously identify new manufacturers and suppliers to strengthen Amaara’s supply capabilities
