Role Description The Residential Sales Kharadi role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division, focused on residential real estate sales and client relationship management. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property consultations and site visits, and presenting residential projects to potential buyers. The role involves managing client inquiries, maintaining regular follow-ups, negotiating offers, and assisting clients through the booking and closing process. The individual will collaborate with internal teams and developers to stay updated on inventory, pricing, and market trends, and may support training initiatives for new team members or sales partners. Consistent achievement of sales targets, accurate documentation, and adherence to company policies and ethical standards are expected.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Sales, with the ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and achieve revenue targets.
Experience in Residential Real Estate, including property presentations, site visits, and guiding clients through the purchase process.
Proficiency in Account Management, maintaining ongoing relationships with clients, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Capability to deliver or support Training for colleagues or sales partners on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market updates.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across diverse client profiles.
Good negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills, with attention to detail in documentation and compliance.
Comfort with using CRM tools, basic office software, and digital communication platforms.
Relevant experience in real estate or sales; a degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, with flexibility for client meetings, property visits, and weekend availability as required.
