🚨 WE’RE URGENTLY HIRING | MASTER – TRAINING
📍 Location: Andheri West - Mumbai
We are looking for an experienced Master Mariner with Chemical Tanker experience to join the Learning & Development (L&D) team of a leading maritime organization.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Support and deliver training programmes for marine professionals and seafarers
• Conduct training related to vessel operations, safety, and maritime practices
• Support the development and implementation of training initiatives
• Mentor and guide seafarers to enhance their professional and operational competencies
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for effective delivery of training programmes
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of L&D and training activities
🔹 Key Requirements
✔ Master Mariner qualification
✔ Relevant Chemical Tanker experience
✔ Strong sailing and vessel operations experience
✔ Prior training experience onboard or ashore will be preferred, but is not mandatory
✔ Strong knowledge of maritime operations, safety, and industry practices
✔ Strong communication and presentation skills
✔ Good interpersonal and coordination skills
✔ Strong inclination towards training, mentoring, and developing marine professionals
