Location: Walkeshwar, Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
Experience: 4 to 8 years
Budget: 40 to 80k per month, depending on experience and expertise
About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive who understands luxury retail and can create an exceptional, highly personalized in-store experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in fine jewellery or premium luxury retail, along with an understanding of jewellery, gemstones, craftsmanship, and client preferences. The role requires someone who is confident engaging with HNI and UHNI clientele, has strong sales acumen, and can build long-term client relationships while representing the exclusivity and service standards of Shobha Shringar.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Sales
Deliver a personalized and premium shopping experience to every client.
Understand client preferences and provide thoughtful recommendations across jewellery collections.
Guide clients on gemstones, craftsmanship, design, and the story behind each piece.
Consistently achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining a consultative approach.
Handle bespoke requirements and high-value purchases with professionalism and discretion.
Clienteling & Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with HNI and UHNI clients.
Drive repeat business through structured follow-ups, exclusive previews, and personalized recommendations.
Maintain client preferences and interactions through CRM tools.
Manage client appointments and private consultations to ensure a seamless experience.
Brand Representation & Store Excellence
Represent Shobha Shringar with impeccable grooming, communication, etiquette, and product knowledge.
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and overall store presentation.
Support in-store events, launches, and private client experiences.
Stay informed about luxury jewellery trends, competitor offerings, and evolving customer preferences.
What We’re Looking For
4 to 8 years of experience in fine jewellery or luxury retail sales, preferably with an established premium brand.
Strong knowledge of fine jewellery, gemstones, craftsmanship, and luxury selling.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage high-value transactions.
Experience engaging with HNI/UHNI clientele and building long-term relationships.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and storytelling skills.
Polished presentation with a strong understanding of luxury service etiquette.
Proactive, customer-focused, and commercially driven approach.
Strong academic background in business, marketing, retail, or a related field is preferred.
