Job Description
We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in US staffing/recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating IT professionals for US-based requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other channels.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, and client requirements.
Work on US IT positions such Network Engineers, Desktop Support and Infrastructure roles.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates within timelines.
Maintain candidate information in excel sheet
Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Good understanding of US IT hiring and recruitment processes.
Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and US job portals.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
