Conduct customer discovery and translate customer/business needs into detailed product requirements and specifications.
Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, UX, Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams.
Drive adoption of shared platform capabilities across multiple engineering teams through influence rather than direct authority.
Lead build-vs-buy evaluations, considering functionality, scalability, commercial impact, licensing, and long-term operating costs.
Define pricing, packaging, licensing, usage-based models, and entitlement strategies for platform capabilities.
Partner with security and compliance teams to address GDPR, PII, data residency, privacy, and third-party processor requirements.
Establish and monitor product success metrics including platform adoption, customer usage, revenue/business impact, and customer outcomes.
Balance customer value, technical feasibility, engineering investment, and commercial objectives.
Use data, analytics, customer insights, and market intelligence to prioritize product investments.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in Product Management, with significant experience in platform products.
Demonstrable ownership of an Integration Platform, API Platform, Connector Marketplace, Embedded iPaaS, Partner Integration Platform, or Webhook Platform.
Strong experience with:

Experience defining API products and developer experiences.
Proven ability to influence multiple engineering teams without direct reporting authority.
Experience conducting commercially driven build-vs-buy evaluations.
Experience defining pricing, packaging, licensing, usage-based pricing, or entitlement models.
Strong understanding of GDPR, PII, privacy, data residency, and third-party data processors.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to work effectively with Engineering and Architecture teams without being a hands-on developer.
Strong analytical, strategic, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.

Experience in CCaaS, CPaaS, Contact Center, Customer Experience, or Telephony platforms.
Exposure to integration platforms such as Workato, Zapier, Tray.io, Paragon, Merge, or similar technologies.
