Role Summary
Seeking an experienced Avature AI SME / Solution Lead to design, configure, and implement Avature AI solutions across Talent Acquisition, CRM, onboarding, and HR workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Avature AI solution design and implementation.
Configure Avature Copilot, AI Agents, and Agentic Automation.
Implement AI use cases for sourcing, screening, job descriptions, interviews, and onboarding.
Design conversational AI / chatbot experiences.
Optimize semantic search, skills matching, and AI recommendations.
Define AI governance, compliance, controls, and explainability.
Work with HR/TA and technology stakeholders to drive adoption and transformation.
