Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 8–10 years of strong hands-on Salesforce development experience. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in LWC, Apex, Salesforce Integrations, Deployment, Agentforce, and Data Cloud (Data 360).
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and optimizing scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, while providing technical leadership and ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Mandatory Skills
Candidates must have strong hands-on experience in all of the following:
7+ years of relevant Salesforce development experience
LWC (Lightning Web Components)
Apex Development – Triggers, Batch, Queueable, Services, and Design Patterns
Salesforce Integrations – REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Informatica, and middleware
Agentforce – Configuration, orchestration, AI workflows, and prompt grounding
Data Cloud / Data 360
Salesforce Deployment – SFDX, Change Sets, Copado, Gearset, Git, and CI/CD
Salesforce Flows – Record-Triggered, Screen, and Scheduled Flows
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex, Flows, and declarative tools.
Develop solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience/Community Cloud.
Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Informatica, and other middleware platforms.
Build and implement AI-powered workflows and Agentforce solutions, including orchestration and prompt grounding.
Develop and optimize Apex triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, services, and reusable design patterns.
Manage Salesforce deployments using SFDX, Change Sets, Copado, Gearset, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards, security, governance, and performance best practices.
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and continuously optimize Salesforce platform performance.
Required Qualifications
8–10 years of overall Salesforce development experience, with 7+ years of relevant hands-on experience.
Strong expertise in LWC and Apex development.
Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Flows.
Strong experience with enterprise Salesforce integrations and API development.
Practical experience with Agentforce and AI workflows.
Hands-on experience with Data Cloud / Data 360.
Strong understanding of Salesforce deployment methodologies and CI/CD practices.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
