Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating hiring steps with hiring managers. The role involves developing and maintaining talent pipelines, posting job descriptions, managing recruitment platforms, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate closely with leadership to understand workforce needs, support employer branding initiatives, and provide regular updates and reports on hiring activities and metrics. The role also includes maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Candidates should possess experience in Hiring processes and Interviewing, with the ability to assess role fit and potential.
Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding, including promoting the organization’s value proposition to potential candidates.
Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and engage candidates effectively.
Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple open roles and deadlines.
Relevant experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably in real estate or related industries, is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
Comfort with applicant tracking systems and common recruitment tools, along with proficiency in MS Office or similar software, is advantageous.
