Constituency Campaign Executive

About the Role :- We are looking for an energetic, self-driven, and responsible **Constituency Campaign Executive** to manage day-to-day political campaign activities at the constituency level. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a passion for public engagement and grassroots campaign management.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :- Manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned Assembly Constituency.
* Coordinate and execute political campaign activities as per the campaign plan.
* Make regular outbound calls to voters, volunteers, stakeholders, and beneficiaries using the assigned database.
* Maintain and manage WhatsApp communication, broadcast lists, and constituency groups.
* Handle social media pages by coordinating content posting, responding to messages, and monitoring engagement.
* Coordinate and supervise field teams, volunteers, and survey executives.
* Conduct and manage ground surveys, public interactions, and feedback collection.
* Organize indoor and outdoor campaign events, public meetings, and outreach programs.
* Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders and community members.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
* Maintain campaign data using Microsoft Excel and prepare basic presentations whenever required.
* Ensure timely reporting of campaign progress to the management team.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:-
* Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi. Basic English communication will be an added advantage.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and social media platforms.
* Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Willingness to travel extensively within the constituency.
Preferred Experience :-
Candidates having prior experience in any of the following will be given preference:
* Political campaign management
* Election management
* Public outreach programs
* Communication or public relations
* NGO or social sector projects
* Field survey and data collection
* Event coordination
Working Hours :-
8-10 hours per day (as per campaign requirements).
* Weekly off as per organizational policy and campaign schedule.
