Role Description The Quality Assurance Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad. This role involves leading and overseeing quality assurance activities across production lines, ensuring adherence to company standards, customer specifications, and applicable regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing QA procedures, supervising quality inspections, reviewing documentation, and coordinating internal and external audits. The Quality Assurance Lead will analyze quality data, drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions, and collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve processes. The role also includes training and mentoring team members on quality practices and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to maintain certifications and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Control to oversee inspection processes and ensure product compliance.
Candidates should possess capabilities in Quality Management to develop, implement, and maintain quality systems aligned with IATF and ISO standards.
Candidates should possess experience in Quality Auditing to plan, conduct, and report on internal and external audits.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to uphold manufacturing discipline, traceability, and standardized procedures.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field is preferred.
Experience in automotive or rubber/PVC component manufacturing and familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 environments is highly beneficial.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills, with proficiency in basic quality tools (e.g., control charts, Pareto analysis, FMEA).
Effective communication, team leadership, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.
