Job description:
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end data workflow—from collecting and validating raw data from various sources to transforming unstructured datasets into robust, structured formats ready for AI processing. This includes compiling, cleaning, summarizing, and standardizing data to ensure it meets the analytical and modeling requirements of the AI team. Throughout the process, you will perform rigorous quality checks at each critical stage to ensure the highest standards of data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection & Compilation-
Collect and compile data from various sources.
Ensure completeness, accuracy, and reliability of inputs.
Data Analysis-
Use advanced Excel functions and formulas to analyze large, unstructured datasets.
Identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
Data Cleansing & Validation-
Clean, format, and validate datasets to ensure integrity.
Investigate and resolve data discrepancies.
Reporting-
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports tailored to business needs.
Support internal teams with data summaries and updates.
Cross-functional Collaboration-
Work closely with internal departments to understand data requirements.
Communicate findings and support informed decision-making.
*** The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Excel functions, data visualization, and a keen eye for detail.
*** Must have experience in client interactions, along with strong problem-solving skills & excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Other Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field.
• Hands-on exposure and strong understanding of Advertising Media & Marketing, Retail, and e-Com data (US / APAC) such as AD Expenditure, Digital, TV viewership, Internal sales data of clients, Euromonitor, Google Analytics etc.
• Good to have knowledge on Python/R, SQL.
• Good to have data visualization skills Tableau/Power BI/ Similar tools.
