Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Loan Manager / Sales Officer / Sales Manager based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. The role involves managing loan products and services, overseeing customer applications, and ensuring accurate and timely loan processing. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a portfolio of clients, conducting regular follow-ups, and handling customer queries to provide clear information on loan terms and options.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in gold loan Servicing and Loans, with the ability to manage end-to-end loan processes.
Knowledge of Finance and Portfolio Management to analyze loan performance and support business decisions.
Excellent Customer Service skills for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive client relationships.
Ability to meet sales targets, with proven experience in financial services or lending preferred.
Solid analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid office/work-from-home environment.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, commerce, or a related field; relevant certifications in banking or lending are an advantage.
Prior experience in gold loan management, retail lending, or financial sales is highly beneficial.
