Human Resources Intern

Role Description,
The Human Resources Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based at Heritage Village Resort & Spa in Goa, India. The intern will support daily HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, onboarding documentation, maintaining employee records, and coordinating basic HR administrative tasks. Responsibilities include helping implement HR policies, supporting communication of employee benefits, assisting in organizing staff engagement initiatives, and responding to routine employee queries under guidance. The intern will work closely with the HR team to learn HR processes within a hospitality environment, gain experience in personnel management practices, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
