Full Stack Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Engineer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable building scalable and maintainable product features using Node.js, NestJS, React, Next.js, databases, REST APIs, queues, and modern software engineering practices.
This role is suited for someone who can work across the complete product stack—from understanding feature requirements and building responsive user interfaces to developing reliable backend APIs, managing database interactions, integrating third-party services, and supporting production-ready applications.
Requirements
1–3 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with Node.js.
Hands-on experience with NestJS or a strong equivalent backend framework.
Hands-on experience with React.js.
Hands-on experience with Next.js.
Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.
Experience with ORM/query tools such as Prisma, TypeORM, Sequelize, Mongoose, or similar.
Understanding of database design, relationships, indexing, transactions, and basic query optimization.
Experience with authentication and authorization, such as JWT, OAuth, sessions, RBAC, or permission-based systems.
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, or Insomnia.
Familiarity with Git, GitHub/GitLab, branching, pull requests, and code-review workflows.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of Agile software development and the product development lifecycle.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain full-stack product features across frontend and backend systems.
Translate product requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
Build complete workflows across the frontend, backend, database, and API layers.
Write clean, reusable, well-structured, and maintainable code.
Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
Develop scalable backend APIs and services using Node.js and NestJS.
Work with relational and NoSQL databases.
Implement queues, background jobs, scheduled tasks, and asynchronous workflows.
Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms.
Debug issues across frontend, backend, API, database, and infrastructure layers.
Follow Git workflows, including branching, pull requests, and code reviews.
Contribute to CI/CD and deployment processes.
