Senior Interior Designer (Modular/Residential)

Role Description - As an Interior Designer, experience with leading organized turnkey interior brands (Example - Livspace, HomeLane) is highly preferred.
You will manage end-to-end interior design projects on a full-time.
Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their needs, developing design concepts, preparing layouts, and coordinating space planning to optimize aesthetics and functionality.
You will create detailed construction drawings, select FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and ensure that designs align with architectural and structural requirements.
The role also involves collaborating with project stakeholders, tracking project milestones, and maintaining clear communication to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
You will be expected to uphold design quality standards, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and contribute to the growth of the partnership model through strong professional performance.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills to create functional, aesthetically pleasing environments aligned with client requirements.
Candidates should possess Architecture and Construction Drawings skills to develop accurate plans and ensure coordination with structural and technical aspects of projects.
Candidates should possess FF&E skills, including the selection and specification of furniture, fixtures, and equipment that support the overall design concept and budget.
Relevant qualifications may include a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, along with proven experience in residential or commercial projects.
Beneficial skills include proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization tools), strong client communication abilities, project management capabilities, and experience working in remote or distributed teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently while maintaining high design standards will be highly valued.
