Key Responsibilities:
Develop Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
Develop Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and LWC.
Implement REST/SOAP integrations.
Work on Console, Omnichannel, Case Management, Knowledge, and CTI.
Conduct code reviews and deployments.
Troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues.
