Job description
Job Title: Planview Portfolio Consultant
Experience: 5+ years
Location: Bangalore
Note: Only candidates with practical experience in Planview Portfolios will be considered.
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Planview Portfolios Consultant/Architect with experience in implementation, support, and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and technical expertise in Planview Portfolios, along with hands-on experience in configuration, integrations, and portfolio management processes.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of Planview Portfolios.
Configure lifecycles, screens, scripted dialogs, workflows, rule sets, and financial versions.
Create and manage custom tables, tiles, portfolio structures, and attributes including sub-total and primary structure attributes.
Handle user administration, portfolio creation, resource management, staffing, and timesheet/request modules.
Support data migration, UAT, rollout activities, and user training sessions.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests.
Design and support integrations with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), HRMS, and other enterprise/project management applications using APIs or standard connectors.
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI and Planview data.
Work closely with business and technical teams to support portfolio management processes.
Required Skills
Strong functional and technical knowledge of Planview Portfolios.
Hands-on experience in implementation/support projects for Planview Portfolio product.
Good understanding of Project, Program, and Portfolio Management concepts.
Knowledge of Importer, resource module, staffing, timesheet, and request management.
Experience with SQL and Excel formulas/macros.
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, JSON, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript is preferred.
Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Planview University training/certification is an added advantage (not mandatory).
